Bryn is Bellanhouse’s founder and Managing Partner having established the firm in 2013.
Bryn specialises in corporate, commercial and securities law and has significant experience providing advice in equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers and corporate advisory matters across sectors in Australia and overseas.
Bryn also advises on IPOs and back door listings on the ASX.
Bryn’s career has seen him working at a number of major law firms across Australia and internationally including at Freehills in Melbourne and at Allen & Overy in London and Dubai.
Bryn was named in 2017 Doyle's Guide as a Leading Corporate Lawyer in Western Australia.
Shaun has been involved in a broad range of cross-border and domestic transactions including equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, resources, corporate governance and project finance transactions.
Shaun regularly advises public and private businesses from the start-up phase through to the public market or private trade sale.
Shaun also has extensive experience in business and share sales and acquisitions, capital raisings, IPOs, reverse takeovers and general commercial matters.
Shaun has worked at a number of major law firms across Australia and internationally including at Freehills in Australia and at Carey Olsen in the Cayman Islands.
Shaun was named in 2017 Doyle's Guide as a Recommended Corporate Lawyer in Western Australia.
Michael specialises in corporate energy and resources law and has significant experience providing advice in relation to acquisitions and divestments, project development, offtake agreements and joint ventures.
Michael also advises on mining contracts, supply agreements and engineering and construction contracts.
Michael has recently joined Bellanhouse having spent 12 years in Herbert Smith Freehills’ Corporate Energy and Resources team.
Michael was named in 2017 Doyle's Guide as a Recommended Energy & Resources Lawyer in Western Australia.
Dave focuses on ASX listed entities and brings to the firm his extensive knowledge as a Principal Adviser in the Listings Compliance Unit at the ASX.
Dave’s clients benefit significantly from his experience particularly from his advice on ASIC and ASX compliance issues.
Dave also advises on IPOs, backdoor listings, equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and corporate governance.
Dave commenced his career with Allens in its corporate team.
Dave was named in 2017 Doyle's Guide as a Recommended Corporate Lawyer in Western Australia.
Deanna is experienced in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters including mergers & acquisitions and equity capital markets with a focus on the energy and resources sector.
Deanna’s career began at Minter Ellison and was also a Listings Adviser with the ASX responsible for a portfolio of entities listed on the ASX.
Deanna now advises clients on matters arising under the Corporations Act and ASX Listing Rules and provides them with her deep understanding and knowledge of the issues involved.
Madeleine is an experienced corporate and securities lawyer and has worked and advised clients across Australia and overseas. In particular, Madeleine is experienced in regulated and negotiated mergers and acquisitions.
Madeleine clients operate in various sectors, however, her focus has been on clients in mining and resources.
Madeleine previously worked at Ashursts in its Perth, Sydney and London offices.
Sally focuses on the mining, oil & gas and infrastructure sectors and has gained a broad experience advising companies operating in these areas.
Sally advises clients on all aspects of corporate law including capital markets and mergers & acquisitions.
Sally has also advised clients on project development matters, as well as issues around land access and development, Native Title and Aboriginal heritage.
Sally previously worked at an international firm before joining Bellanhouse.
Jade is an experienced corporate lawyer and advises clients on a variety of corporate and commercial matters including equity capital markets, mergers & acquisitions, takeovers, business sales and acquisitions.
Jade gained additional experience while on secondment including with Siemans Ltd where she assisted with the Fiona Stanley Hospital project.
Jade also spent time on secondment with Nyambu Buru Yawuru Ltd representing the Yawruru People in Broome, Western Australia and gained experience in Native Title matters.
Prior to joining Bellanhouse, Jade previously worked at an international firm.
Maddison advises clients on a variety of transactions within different sectors, however, she has a particular focus on the mining and resources sector.
Maddison’s experience is in advising clients on corporate and commercial transactions including business and share sales and acquisitions, IPOs and back door listings.
Jason advises clients on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including equity capital markets and mergers and acquisitions.
Jason also has litigation experience having practiced in the commercial litigation department for firms in both Australia and South Africa.
Kelsey joined the firm as a research assistant while studying for her law degree, then commenced fulltime as a law graduate and was admitted in November 2017.
Kelsey has been assisting on a number of recent transactions, including IPOs and backdoor listings.
